I mean things like, not eating perfect, not eating enough, not training a body part enough. Not going as heavy on certain muscle group days because they aren't aesthetic muscles you can show off?

For me it's got to be neglecting my legs at the beginning, and not eating enough good quality food (as I'm too lazy to prepare it)

All post your views on this!

      Thanks
      shaun

I hate having regrets....but if i were to say one it would be diet.

Simply i havent made the most out of my cycles - not ate clean enough...probably due to it being so f**ing expensive to eat chicken 4 times a day!

No. It's all a learning process.

I'd regret not learning from mistakes though....

the only regret i have is not continuing training when i first started 5 years ago, i'd be a hell of lot bigger now instead of 12.6 stone and and basically still a beginner.

my physique imo doesnt reflect my aas, from my years of on and off weekends drinking etc thats why iv choose to b&c for the rest of my aas days which is going to be till something stops me, if im still going as 70 in the gym then so is the aas lol.

just gutted i met an amazing lass the other week so fit, soon as i told her i used aas she fukd me off, her ex battered her on aas so she cant be with some one on aas. i tried to explain not everyone on aas is like that im far from that, but oviously her ex has laid an impression on her so she dont want to chance it. she wud have made a nice wife
