      Seems as though there is some science behind this but if you are tempted to try I strongly recommend that you read the above article.

      The idea of tying my arms up to restrict blood circulation sounds painful to me. Surely exercising without this kind of thing is better for you?

      Seems to work but surely it is still best to do it the "natural" way? Without these kind of tools?

      There are many so called short cuts to fitness and extra muscle but you do need to full understand what you are doing before you go down this road.

      My professional advice? Dont do it. There is many ways people seem to have a quick fix but it realy is this simple.
      Eat healthy
      Train
      Look after your health. There is research behind this but some times keeping it simple is the best way.

      If the whole point of this is getting fit then I don't understand why people want to take short cuts? There is surely no fun in tying up your arms?
