      I was told to eat bacon while bodybuilding but then I come across an article on bodybuilding.com (can't post links) that basically says avoid bacon at all costs. I don't get it? I'm currently doing lean gains, if that makes a difference

      You should definitely limit your bacon intake.

      Care to explain why? I always thought lean gain = lean meat

      Yup, especially with hard boiled eggs

      I can't tell you how often bacon allows me to hitmy macros on a low carb cut. I'm usually good on carbs, way low on fat, low on sodium, could use a bit more protein... BACON TIME.

      Bacon is neither. Its great!!!
      I mow down four rashers with the rind on every arvo.
      I never knew fat was so tasty before I went to 1 meal a day. I used always be trimming and wiping up all the fat now I can't get enough of it.
      Fyi.. I'm doing LG with 1 meal at 3pm.
