No guys you don't understand. I gotta get as lean as I possible. I've been doing so good until today.

So TECHNICALLY doing cardio would burn it off, even though today is my rest day so I wouldn't be lifting?

I'm getting the sense that an eating disorder is present and that you should speak with your parents.

I agree, you need some sort of self assessment for your own good kid.

That attitude is actually setting you up for failure. Lack of flexibility is the seed of binges.

Please speak with your parents about your body image, your diet and your anxiety about food consumption. You need parental input and perhaps the intervention of a mental health professional.

What do you mean lack of flexibility? I was going to have a cheat/refeed day tomorrow.

And you're freaking out about 200 calories today. Your body doesn't reset at midnight, so just count the 200 calories as part of your refeed, or better yet, don't stress about going slightly over or under your targets in the first place. Do you have any idea how damaging stress is to progress?
