      Mind = BLOWN

      I don't get the sugary crap (twix, etc). When I up my cals I add more meat, eggs, olive oil, etc. I still do low carb (except for beer) and never eat junk.

      So far I am liking where things are headed. Maintaining 235lbs and getting stronger every workout. Going to try to not get over 240 this winter then drop to 220 or so in the spring.

      EDIT; You need to change your sig.

      I'm a recovering fat ass & chocoholic and I gave it up for 5 months straight this spring/summer to nail my transformation. I'm continuing to track everything to the gram, just trying a little trail run of IIFIYM, I'm new to it so we'll see how it works out. Looking forward to seeing you down at 220 or less.

      I agree with the above posters......shoveling down empty k/cals is pointless IMO. I don't know, do you work in some blue-collar profession?

      2 weeks of eating like that and I'd be 300#, but I sit at a desk 9 hrs/day and commute for 2 hrs/day.....YMMV

      Yep, I'm definitely not going overboard on the junk and do realize I'm compromising my protein intake. I ran a dirty bulk last year and added 6 lbs. LBM, this year will certainly be kept cleaner to see how much of a difference it makes.

      Nope, I'm a desk jockey and WILL NOT be doing this everyday, that's for sure. Damn man 2 hrs. commuting, I'd kill myself.
