The only difference I see is reduced fat in my tricep region. That and the fact that I trimmed my sweater down a little bit.
I still retain my exact same shape more or less. I fear this may be due to lack of muscle, because at 200/5'11 I didn't think I'd look this fat still.

For me its hard to tell much of a difference..partly because of the angle..you can probably tell more from the side. You should also be able to tell in your waist..pants should be getting bigger. And..you could probably tell easier if you shaved..

Looks like you lossed some fat in the chest and aren't as wide in the 2nd pic. The changes don't start becoming too noticable until you hit the mid to highter teens for bf %. What you want to track now in no particular order is Inches lost, weight, and how your clothes fit.

      Maybe .02 of a pound.

I have noticed less visual changes such as waist 45-->43, arms 17.5--->16, and my pants fall off my ass. (Some camo pants I wear when I go hunting fell right down to the floor while I was walking out of my room yesterday.)

If you drop another 20lbs you will see a massive difference. Keep at it.

5'11" 200lbs is gonna look fat unless you have a large amount of muscle. The good news? The next 20-30 pounds are gonna make a gigantic difference. Just keep at it. Imagine a lb of butter (4 sticks), you lost 24 of those. That's a lot of fat. Keep it up.
