      was just wandering in terms of lbs or kg how much lean muscle you have gained since you started lifting weights, for me over the course of two and a half years i have gained, 25lbs roughly.

      how have you done? and what is really possible in terms of potential gains?

      would be interesting to know other people experiences

      over 5st thats bang on the gear though, and being a skinny fcuk i dont gain much bf at all! abs/veins still visible, dont even train abs! will get on the calipers to confirm exact %%s.

      started trainin 3 n a bit years ago, gear for 2 i would say.

      20kg over 3/3.5 years naturally.

      hopefully alot mate

      not as impressive as its sounds cause i was only 9st 10lbs before, now im 15+

      so although gains are very good, its prob only cause i was so skinny before!

      my aim in 17-18

      around 6&1/4 stone in 2 years .
