Just curious how many count calories? I have for around 4 years and am wondering if i should stop while bulking because its a little ocd.....
How many count calories? I've been doing it for about a year, and find it entertaining. Takes maybe five minutes out of my day, and assists me in making sure I'm hitting my calorie, and macronutrient needs. If you feel you've got a good enough grasp on it to stop counting...try it for a while, see how it works. Your relationship with food is supposed to be fun.
How many count calories? I have been counting calories for the past year and probably will never stop. The last time I stopped counting calories, I gained back all of the weight I lost and then some!
How many count calories? i dont think it's OCD. it allows one to gain muscle while minimizing fat gains, assure macro and caloric sufficiency, eat the foods you enjoy without the "what did i just do?" factor, etc. however, it's personal preference. if you want to just go on the mirror check method then cool, just remember what you put in is what you get out. to each their own.
How many count calories? heres my problem too i enjoy the consistent results too much. maybe i need to switch to a 3 day split this summer due to work etc...
How many count calories? I actually find it fun to watch my average on myfitnesspal. Keeps me motivated in a weird way.
How many count calories? If you know your body well in terms of food intake, then you can certainly use a variety of sources short of counting calories, such as the mirror, your clothes, the scales etc, then adjust weekly as needed. I have been fortunate to be able to do that over the years but I know it's hard for many, I personally attribute that to the fact I have never been a big eater, but also to a conscious effort when I was younger to just abstain from sugary foods except for what they are, and that's a treat!
How many count calories? My physique and strength has gone leaps and bounds since tracking macros/cals. It's so easy, especially with the iPhone or any smart phone really. Literally takes no time at all.
