      I will be eating 1300 at rest days and 1800 @ workout days.

      I lift 5x a week and 2-3x cardio ( most of the time HIIT but if im tired ill do slow pace).

      I need to lose 7 KG asap for the millitary and the workout day tdee seems a bit high.

      I would have thought 1300 cal seems low... (although I certainly no expert) I'd struggle to eat that little in a day. How do you manage it?

      Haven't started it yet.. i ate around 1500 for a while. didnt lose ****. i really dont understand my body.
      seriously i lift 5x a week my ass off and cardio and this diet and it doesnt work.. wtf am i doing wrong.

      millitary school. and they said we recommend you to lose 7 kg and i want it myself too.
      i dont even cheat on my diet whatsoever i dont ****ing get it.

      You look lean-ish, why is there a weight requirement that makes no sense. A body fat requirement maybe but weight? You trollin' me son?

      Brb can't join army because I'm too muscular.

      You are 16. Still growing. Your body is is build mode. Might not be anything you are doing wrong.

      i am 22-23% now and they just said lose 7 kgs or something.
      and im done with being bulk i want to see my abs

      caloric deficit is weight loss right
      tried 1500 cals ( on workout days) didnt lose ****
      tried 1800 didnt lose ****

      maybe i shouldnt eat at all?

      how long did you try those levels for? and how were you tracking calories? Measuring everything with scale and measuring cups?
