      Only get them when they have little yellow labels on them! Wouldn't pay full price!

      It's very common for supermarkets to add water or brine to their products.
      This not only keeps the meat succulent but it also gives it a longer shelf life.
      As far as i'm aware the EU does not allow injection of bone in cuts of meat.

      Even if they were injected with water, would it not be cooked out in the likes of the Tescos cooked chickens done on the spit?

      Possibly some but not all mate l dont think.

      also your not really paying for weight on a cooked one.
