      Hey guys,

I've been trying to lose fat since November, went from 28% BF to 27% in 3 months, feels a bit pathetic. I've been reading up about Macro's and calorie needs, but since reading some of the articles here I'm completely mind ****ed. I'm 17, 6"1, 198lbs, 27% BF.

      Training:

Monday - Chest, Legs and Tri's
Tuesday - Back, Shoulders and Biceps
      Wednesday - Rest
      Thursday - Same as Monday
      Friday - Same as Tuesday

I've been sticking to compound movements, 20 mins post workout cardio, low carb. I'm probably a mix between Endo/Meso as I store all my fat around my waist, round face etc and I'm sensitive to carbs like a bitch!

If anyone can just point me in a direction I would really appreciate it, seems like a great community but at the moment I'm lost as hell and a bit mind boggled.

      Cheers folks

Macro's are basically split into three main groups:

      Air : Water : Chicken

      You need to be hitting a strict ratio of 100 : 60 : 40.

Water to keep you hydrated, chicken to build muscles and air to keep you from suffocating. Seeing as your calories are only coming from chicken, I suggest you invest in a small chicken farm.

Don't eat the eggs they lay though, the cholesterol will melt your insides (that's not a metaphor either!).

      Victim of cholesterol:

      Endo/Meso - No such thing
      Low Carsb - Wdf?

Read the stickies & get a real routine.

I don't mind a bit of banter :p What I mean is that if I eat 60% carbs of my total calories for a day, even if I keep it to 1800, I will gain at least a pound and a half. I've heard this as "carb intolerance" it could be just a name someone gave it but I've adopted it

Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but are you claiming that you react to carbs in a way which defy the laws of thermodynamics? That is to say, even if you eat in a caloric deficit based around majority carbs, you still gain weight?
