      Hi,
      I am currently playing rugby for my school. I am on the 1stXV team and the county team. I have tryouts for a rugby academy which if i am successful, I will get £10,000 per year for atleast 3 years to get me through university.The tryouts for the academy are in september so I would like a good bulking cycle to gain as much mass as possible. My diet and nutrition is already good. As I am following a plan given by my school. We have also recently won the schools cup. I currently get 250g protein, 4000 calories.
      My current stats are:
      Age: 18
      Weight: 75kg
      Bf % : 10%
      Height: 5"10"
      Training experience: 3 years of proper training with a 4 day split with 4 rugby training sessions per week and also the county squad training
      I would like to run a cheap and quick bulking cycle which gives me gains which last not water retention.

      Let's see what your eating mate. A lot will say you're too young but it's your shout.

      I did lol when you write that your diet it good because it was given by your school...

      Depending on what school it is, some have top S&C coaches and nutritionists (some ex-pro coaches and players).

      Well you've come to the right place mate. I would say your cycle does not need to be necessarily 'quick' given that you have 10 weeks until the START of september.

      Questions:

      1) what does your diet look like EXACTLY?
      2) are you definitely not tested?
      3) do you know what PCT is?

      Used to play rugby myself, I wouldn't be happy if I knew someone I was playing with/against was using aas. Sorry but my opinion.

      Heres my diet
      Meal 1: porridge oats with milk, protein shake with milk, banana
      Meal 2: protein shake with milk after morning weights training
      Meal 3: Chicken breast with rice, apple
      Meal 4: 4 whole eggs scrambled, 3 pieces of toast
      Meal 5: fish or steak with rice or potatos
      Meal 6: Protein shake with milk
      Meal 7: cottage cheese or 2 glasses of milk

      just because hes going to do it anyway we shouldnt encourage him, to the OP you are seriously to young mate id give it a few years plus your more then likely going to hinder your cardio and probs end up worse on the day! if your good youlll get scouted just give it all your heart mate and youll be there, then when you make it pro come here and well help you design an AAS cycle, to bulk up 'quick' your going to gain alot of water and the pumps youll get will destroy your run times and like i said cardio, if i was you id add some creatine,glutamine,protien and an pre workout supplement youll be golden

      i'm not usually one for saying this, but you are taking them for the wrong reasons, reasons that could see you lose your career in rugby at an early age

      get on a good mass gainer sort out diet and get hitting the big compound moves in the gym, squats, deads, press etc

      dont do it man.

      i take gear but i'm 31 and not aiming to be a pro rugby player.
