      I've probably started this journal the way everyone does, deleted the first line loads of times, then realise I'm not writing this of anyone just me lol. Iinput is very welcome as usual on if constructive, any spamming will be reported.

      I've been fighting with injury for a long time tbh, I have all sorts wrong with me hips, back, hernia lol you name it I probably have it.

      Anyway been trying to train properly for a few weeks now, upped my test from a 400mg cruise to a 1.6g bigger cruise lol (no dosage police Thanks). Anyway all the time not training right has added load of unwanted poundage which I plan to lose before going on an all out blast.

      Stats atm
      Age 32
      Height 5' 11''
      Weight 207lbs
      Bf 25% (easy, maybe more)

      May plan is to get down to 10-12% bf

      Diet is just protein really I have done PSMF before with good success, came from 17 stone with too much bf to even right down to 13 stone with 16%bf so I know this works for me and real food only too. Currently using ECA and I'm adding T3 next week

      looking at doing the same as you but without as much test

      was guna say bang your regime up but you just beat me too it, get ya diet up mate thas looking for insperation

      I would love to say my diet was inspirational, PSMF (Protein sparing modified fast) isn't for everyone. Atm I'm looking at around 2000 Kcals for a diet mad up of fish, eggs and chicken.

      Thanks most wouldn't call it a cruise but when I achieve this goal I will be bulking and starting a 3-4g blast.
