bad, keep back tight & go lower, you have to at-least hit parallel or even a bit lower if you can.

I'd go with the high bar position (bar on traps too) It helps me out with the form.

Ya it looks good, some of the reps were a little shy of parallel and could have gone deeper but for the most part they looked fine.

Put the bar on your traps instead of your rear deltoids, lower the weight if you have to and widen your stance if you have to

Not the best form. You are about slightly above/or just at parellel at some reps. If you need a full re-evaluation here is a good vid for you,

They have a mulitple part series called "So you think you can squat" Good luck

I feel as if I'm doing squats way too low.. whenever I see others on vids etc they seem to just go parallel/just below and movement looks different.. I try to lower through my legs and see people pushing their ass out and leaning forward slightly.

Except I picked up a calf injury from squats last monday and think it might be related to form, don't see what else it could be, not doing really heavy right now

Unless you do not control it on the way down or something, what the guy in the vid was doing is fine. Shouldnt cause an injury
