I'm having trouble getting enough calories everyday... I'm eating constantly but feel I need more. So thought I would ask you guys what your favourite bulking foods are - it would help me to have some more food choices haha.
Favourite bulking foods How many calories are you getting now each day, how many do you need to be getting each day, what are you currently eating so we don't suggest the same foods?
Favourite bulking foods Usually around 2700 give or take a few depending on how I feel that day... Meals mainly consist of oatmeal or all bran for breakfast, sandwiches (wholegrain - none or little mayo), eggs (usually as an omelette with cheese, ham and vegetable oil), almonds and peanuts every day. Cant really change dinner as its a family meal but its usually healthy - brown rice, a meat or fish and beans for example. Also like to eat greek yoghurt before bed. I have a cheat snack or meal everyday at the moment just to get my calories up and drink about 1.5l of milk a day (one glass usually mixed with whey protein). I don't know how many calories I need but I know I need more because I'm bulking pretty slowly...
Favourite bulking foods Chicken, milk, rice, any starch foods normally are good for bulking (potatoes).
Favourite bulking foods Too many to name man Oats,Rice,chicken,steak,Potatoes (white and sweet) whole eggs,whole milk,almonds,ice cream,lean beef burgers,almond butter and natty peanut butter etc The list goes on
