      Okay, I guess its about time I post pictures of myself because apparently I'm only here to annoy others. Some might of noticed in the past that my activity levels fluctuate a lot on UK-Muscle thats because I am really easily distracted from my goals so I use 'tools'. For example I would read about inspirational figures such as Zyzz, Arnold etc to help me stay motivated so I can achieve my goals to perfect aesthetics and strength!
