      well I'm pretty sure you lost a good deal of fat after losing 33lbs
      I'm also pretty sure you were sucking in on the first pic to cover it up

      he said he'd eat at a 300 deficit. but i guess you read it as 1300?

      raise cals up very slowly or you gonna get mad obese fast

      Has anyone else suffered from this inability to reduce weight perhaps caused by a change in your metabolism? How do you find a balance between diet and exercise?
