Am going to give out a very simple and efficient fat loss formula. One should start with a heavy breakfast and indulge in what your palate desires. During the rest of the day, one should drink lots of water to maintain a full feeling in the stomach. Eat fruits and proteins which combat weight gain when you feel you have to eat. This will check indulgence in unhealthy foods and prevent accumulation of calories with minimal stress.

Sorry but this is terrible advice.

You can easily go over your total daily calorie count if you over indulge with a heavy breakfast, you could rack up thousands of calories if you go crazy with the bacon, sausages, eggs and waffles. There is no way on Earth to go back to a caloric deficit in order to lose fat after consuming all your allocated calories for the day in just one sitting, you have to be a huge bodybuilder with an insane basal metabolic rate to pull something like that out or be running a marathon.

Only do a crazy breakfast perhaps once a week as your cheat meal, otherwise you are going to be wasting your time if you follow this advice.

I agree with fcuco, it's a bad advice.

One should eat a full-featured but a small-portioned breakfast meal accompanied with water or/and glass of juice.
If every day you eat tons of food for breakfast and basically almost nothing for the rest of the meals then you will probably gain more weight rather than lose since your body will have to store the food as fat so that it can maintain your body for the next 23 hours.
