      Hello fellow teenagers, adults whoever may be reading this!
      This is the first time I have ever submitted a photo! Please do not laugh or anything!!

      Everyone starts somewhere? RIGHT? Ps back when I was like 10-12 , I was literally obese, So i have lost a major amount of weight, If i can get a picture I will.

      Basically I'm wanting to know my bodyfat, as the machine says 40% now this can't be right can't it?
      I weigh 10st. Around 5ft3.

      And that is defiantly gyno right?
      Currently I am 'bulking' clean, but working chest 2x a week, so I work out 3/4 times a week, with 1/2 times of cardio, this is okay right? Then I will cut.
      Ps I'm only 14!
      Any advice given will me major help! Thanks!

      I would doubt your 40% but I would say your skinnyfat-ish and that once you loose some weight the possible gyno will subside but if it doesn't then you know that is real gyno and not just excess fact.

      Oh i see thanks very much. Do you think I'm around 30? And do you think I could bulk too? and not cut now? thanks man.

      Why would you bulk when you're already overweight??? Cut down to at least 15% or lower and then bulk.

      I dunno I was asking for advice, Because I think I'd look a lot better to bulk ,as to be honest there is nothing to cut too is there?

      not sure... my guess is 16-18%. just keep doing what your doing and you will get stronger and leaner. you got time, your only 14! good luck!

      Yeah man thanks for advice, Yeah i'll stick with my 'bulk' see what happens and put pictures back up haha.

      How does one get leaner by bulking? Please explain this magic and I'll stop cutting immediately.
