      for me its

      upright rows never seem to get much from them.

      lunges never get balance right.

      Squats and deads...

      Cant risk them with my lower back. Started adding deads every other week with Dave but not looking to break any records TBH.

      Lunges. Oh and those machines where you have to open and close your legs. Only the slaggy girls go on them!

      I like lunges but always forget them at the end of my workout, plus l prefer to do them walking so if the gym is busy l dont have the room.

      What do you do for your lower back then, if you dont mind me asking? I'm quite tall and have a few issues with my back in the past so i only go light on squats and deads.

      Try them, they are good! just dont go too heavy or you will have trouble walking...

      Not a great deal TBH.

      This is silly but the lower back frame thing is right at the door of my gym so l dont use it as l feel a bit self conscious of people walking in seeing me guerning on it !
