OP is Original Poster (you in this case). As for checking your macros, I'll leave that to someone more experienced with bulking, I have never bulked in my life, I've always had a rough time with my weight.

Your about my stats, an inch taller and 15lb more. Its about to start getting colder, just bulk until march/feb and go on a hard core cut. What im doing now and working well is a 45/30/25 (225/150/56g) p/c/f on 2000 cal for a slow controlled cut to prevent muscle loss, have noticed a big difference in the last month. Enough protein to retain muscle, have the suggested minimum amount of fat, and enough carbs to get through the day.

I don't necessarily buy into the whole ratios thing... I eat way less carbs than anyone tells me to, I guess I just don't like carbs that much. Make me feel all bloated and chit.

I dont use any supplements besides whey and a pre workout, also take a multi vitamin and fish oil. But you dont really need any, just eat a lot. This shouldn't be a problem, eating more is the absolute best part of putting on weight haha. Just make sure your getting enough protein, if you cant reach your protein goals then use whey, which is also a good value for the protein/$
