      By sending micro-current signals to human body with frequency ranging from 40HZ to 2500HZ (low-mid frequency, only act on muscular layer), which are recognized as bioelectrical signals by and stimulate muscle contraction, whole body training or partial training according to personal need can enhance efficiency. Whereas common muscle strength training cannot act on deep muscle groups and realize intensive training more easily and conveniently, stimulation made to whole body with low frequency and mid frequency can achieve both body coordination and body balance.
