I realised today that l always have to rush my food at work, l either have to wolf it down or eat whilst driving...

I never get chance to just sit and " eat " like a normal person, l really dont think this helps with my digestion or my training TBH.

how do you combat this ?

Do you get proper structured breaks ?

I eat very, very slowly. When I'm at work I just start eating when I get there and keep nipping back for a mouthful whenever I can. This means most of my food is cold but I can get through quite a bit during the course of a day without getting full lol....

I find a lot of my meals a bit of a chore if I'm honest. I really enjoy some of them but I find a lot of them dull.
I love cooking but just finding food generally less interesting than I used to. It's functional fuel to me now rather than something I really enjoy.

I never get chance to clean it out properly before you start.

I wolf my food down anyway, I can't dawdle it's pointless. I smashed down a 3202 calorie meal yesterday at the hungry horse in less than 10 minutes!!

I don't like to eat if I can't sit and eat it, so to speak. I'll generally just pass until I have time to enjoy it.
