Looking to restart the Fat-Loss. Previously lost around 50lb with a generic low-cal diet. Stopped for a while as reached my goal weight of 200lb. Now, a summer of drinking & partying too much backup to around 210 (Although, did keep the gym up and have got stronger slightly) Looking at going low carb but the issue is I don't eat Meat but do eat fish & can eat egg whites - Have strange reactions to a lot of food. Can I have some advice on what fish to eat, hoe much etc? Cheers guys.
Diet for a Non-Meat eater Found am always Ill after eating Chicken/Steak etc etc. Fish seems to be Ok. Got to a stage where wasn't making any progress, tried reducing calories, upping the exercise and it made no difference. Thinking something along the lines of the Low cal diet may shake things up a bit.
Diet for a Non-Meat eater any more details about urself? age height current diet/training if any. low cal means nothing mate if there all coming from sh1t, be more concerned about what types of food the cals are coming from.
Diet for a Non-Meat eater My bad, kind of missed the important details. 6ft2 210 Lbs When dieting was around the 16/1800 Kcals mark. Diet consisted off Toast/PB for Breakfast. Generally a Tuna/Salmon sandwich for lunch and a Quorn (Veggy product) based meal. Am thinking for If i aim for around 1800 Calories again but get better foods/higher protein content? Perhaps Egg whites breakfast. Cooked fish & Veg for lunch dinner?
