      cant really say since the weight ur using looks really light

      inb4 someones says its bad that ur upper back is rounded

      when you start you gotta be in the position you would be when sitting in a chair. that is what my weight training teacher in college told me

      Your weight training teacher was an idiot, it's not a squat with the bar in your hands. You only need to bend a little.

      Also try not to bounce the weight off the floor, otherwise your second and third reps won't be as hard as the first. Let the weight sit on the ground long enough so that you lose momentum
