      well posted it in the pics forum few days ago but i thought id post here too seein as im still a teeeenbrah, started lifting around 17years old, but only really took it serious last year and a half.

      Me at 61KG:

      cheers brah. i never took measurements =[ but i peaked height pretty early in like 10th grade, havent noticed any height growth since then, but il get a measurement dont

      I started at 60 kgs also, at 70 right now, I still got a long way to go
      What routine did you follow?

      yeah? sweet, pretty basic skinnyphag weight start lol. i started with SS and did that for a pretty long time, around 6 months or so, then i just broke off into a 4 day split

      tuesday:back
      wednesday:shoulders
      thu:arms
      fri:legs
