So... Just finishing a 10 week test e cycle, put on roughly 16lbs (not checked recently) before pct... I'll admit I was a bit podgy before around the waist but have definitely packed on some muscle and lifts have gone up a fair amount. Bench 70-80 for reps Deads 100-120 Leg press 180-220 Diet is decent, 280p, 200c, 60f on average. From the pics below should I be adding mass and trimming down for next summer (with a few mass cycles thrown in) or getting down to 10-12% bf and bulking from there?
Cut or bulk??? You would look good cut, you would look good bigger and then cut. Its simply up to you. If you are doing this just for the pussy, get cutting. If you are "doing it for yourself" as many claim.....then bulk.
