All pics are completely un-pumped and taken @ 11 pm. What should my goals be, and where should I go next with my body? Constructive criticism please! I can't judge myself. I think I need to lose a little bodyfat.

      Stats: 5'10" 200 lbs

      320 bench
      350 atg squat
      600 box squat
      485 deadlift

You should really try and get your shoulders to pop.

What do you mean what happened to my lower back? My back struggles to grow, even though I can deadlift 485. doesn't make sense to me

I have always had trouble hitting my lats too, supersetting wide grip rows with close grip rows at the same weight seems to work pretty well. Its the only thing that actually makes me feel a burn in my lats.
