basically last thursday, I injected into my delt with an orange pin, i tryed raising my arm up to bring my delt into a better position to jab (sounds wierd) anyway, i injected with a orange, and then relaxed it when I was "in", i had an issue though i dont think i went in enough as quiet alot of test came trickeling out the injection point, so i had to re-inject around half a ml back in out the vial, ive had a really sore shoulder this past week, like major pip, but ive noticed a hard like lump underneeth the skin, they I had it in my left also but not as bad and it does go down, it doesnt look like an infection but is rather hard under the skin, any1 know wut it can be?

You don't need to be lifting your arm prior to jabbing. Just let your arm hang normally, relax, then jab. Don't do the tensing then relaxing later thing. Leave the needle in position for a few seconds after the jab.

tbh I did it for the 1st time 2 weeks ago, with blues, went well very little pip, then i had the great idea of tensing my delt and letting it de-tense with the needle in with a small pin, thus forth creating the problem I have, learning curve
