      I may have only started gym within the last two weeks but i've been eating a set diet for a while. and now i want to start cutting and going gym etc i decided to make a food planner to reach my macros.
      but by doing this i realised how little i was eating before... but i wasn't loosing weight? can anyone explain please. thanks

      Breakfast

      Oats so simple ( 9.1g Protein, 32.8g Carbs, 5.2g Fat )

      Lunch

      if i had any.. jacket potato/coleslaw

      Dinner

      Cous-Cous (6.6g Protein, 33g Carbs, 1.4g Fat )
      Chicken ( 35.1g Protein, 0g Carbs, 4g Fat)

      And a ton of water...

      i sort of got so used to this i didn't notice how little i was eating? this is so far under my macro it's ridiculous... but how come i havent lost weight?

      during this diet i also went rock climbing twice a week.

      Ummmm... eating roughly only 600 cals a day??? Good lord man, your body is probably holding on to every bit of nutrients it can. EAT!!!

      May be that you ate too little, and your body started holding on to anything it could hold on to

      So eating like that was actually stopping me loosing weight? i got so used to it i didn't notice... i've eaten like that for ages and i still look like this?

      today i've got:

      Fusion Matrix protein shake
      Xtend shake
      Pasta mixed with tuna/mackeral
      Cous-cous mixed with chicken
      and a protein shake when i woke up.

      but all this is still:

      90g less than carb macro
      54g less than protein macro
      2g less than fat macro
      600 calories less than macro

      guess i need to do some research on food nutrition so i can hit all the macros.

      Picture below of what my body looks like. you'd think i'd be skinny lol, but I'm not.

      You should not start cutting by any means. Be concerned with gaining as much lean muscle as you can right now, and worry about cutting in the future..
      Start by reading the stickies and build yourself a good diet made for you, and workout with a program like Starting Strength.

      lucky to be alive with that intake, must of been in hibernation to not burn more then 500 cals/day.. not sure why u didnt lose
      weight very blessed i would say
