Hey guys so the past 6-7 months I've been cutting hardcore from 260 to 184 and been eating 1500 cals a day with only about 100 or less g protein a day give or take 15-20g. Now Ive decided it's time to put some serious muscle on so I'm going into a clean bulk. Planning on eating 2000 cals a day with 190g protein and was hoping to get atleast 200g of carbs a day. Now, that being said is that enough protein and carbs to put on muscle as fast as possible? Or do I need to up or lower any of them. ( Including calories )Thanks in advance for your help!!

Clean bulk for first time need advice! i know taking advice froma 16 year old may not be favorable, but you really do not need to micromanage the amount of protein and carbs you get. its all about lifting heavy, changing up the excersies, and eating healthy. five meals a day, protein with each meal and some complex carbs for your body to feed on.

Clean bulk for first time need advice! to bulk? i would suggest in the 3000 calorie range. And carbs at least 300g. Protein around 250g Personally I have 4k calories a day. 400g of carbs and 320g of protein
