      this is my chest / tri's day

      chest :
      barbell bench press 3x8
      dumbbell bench press 3x8
      dumbbell flys 4x8
      incline bench press 4x8
      incline flys 4x8

      triceps :
      triceps extension 3x8
      close grip bench press 4x8
      tricep kickback 3x 8-failure

      what do u think?

      I would throw in close grip benchpress. But thats just me.

      Take out one of the fly motions and the kickbacks. Also, I would replace either dumbbell or incline press with dips

      I would:

      Barbell benchpress 4x8
      Incline benchpress 4x8
      Flat DB flys 3x8 OR 3x8 dips (preferably dips, much better exercise)

      Close grip BP 3x8
      EITHER tricep extension or kickback 3x8

      You could do shoulders as well if you think you can do more, ie. shoulder press/lateral raises.

      But what you have is way too much for your chest. What do you do for your back?

      Why no SkullCrushers?

      A lil to much volume on chest also...

      You're doing too many bench presses. Choose either barbell or dumbbell. You're also going to overwork your triceps as you're using them during your chest already. I'd suggest triceps pushdown. A great triceps iso movement.

      Incline DB Bench Press 3 x 8
      Incline Flys 3 x 12
      Standing Overhead Extenison 3 x 12
      Pushdowns with Ez Curl Attachment 3 x 12

      i do more chest because my chest are lagging ..

      my back workout :

      dumbbell shrugs 4x12
      barbell back shrugs 4x12
      dumbbell row 4x8
      barbell row 4x8
      deadlift 4x6
