What exercises are you doing for your chest and how often?

Chest flyes are fantastic for growth (in my opinion), when you bench press you may consider a slighly wider grip. If you incorporate incline bench press in your routine you will definetly be working your chest. Hope this helps.

For inclined bench press somehow i can do more than flat bench, im not sure why or how. It may have to do with my shoulders being stronger than my chest?

Eat more. You're working chest way too much. Once a week for building muscle is good enough. Recovery is just as important.

Your routine looks fine I suppose. Try eating more or hoping on a new routine. Remember to progressively overload. I don't know how hard you could be working if you can do that much volume on your chest that many times a week. Are you training ever body part 3x a week?

All my workouts are evenly distributed aside from my arms which I do twice a week, could it be that im overtraining my chest muscles?

You're probably just not letting your muscles recover. Try to cut it down to twice a week. Maybe just do an upper/lower split.
