      Hey guys , Right now i'm cutting because i want to get rid of this fat and see my 6 clearer and is 2,586 calories a day normal or too much for cutting (Im 160 lbs).

      And if no , Can you tell me an adress where i can set up my own diet plans and all that , and too see how much fat,protein,carbon's need.

      Is ... 240g Protein , 300g Carbonhydrates , 80g fat...2200 calories a day perfect for cutting?

      I couldn't tell you if it was perfect, because I'm not your body. But that's a good starting point. Protein could be lower if you like.

      Seeing as those macros work out to be nearly 3,000 calories, I'd say it would be safer to go back to the drawing board.

      Good spot

      Protein = 960 cals
      Carbs = 1200 cals
      Fat = 720 cals

      Total = 2880 cals lol
