Calories in 3 egg Omelette?

hey guys

so at the moment im eating 360 cals in high carb for breakfast. i was thinking of swapping to omelette instead but dont really know the calories content of a 3 or 4 egg omelette as everywhere seems to list it differently. Hoping to save calories on the breakfast.

Also anyone got any ideas for lunches that are lower than 440 cals and filing? Currently eat 4 slices of wholemeal with 50g ham but the cals in the bread are really slowing down the cut!

dont know how it goes in the usa but here 3 eggs mixed up and fried in the pan is an omelette.
