      -You claim you're information is so optimal and so good
      -You think you're better then everyone else on the forums
      -You don't take other people's ways of training and diet into considering

      So if you think you're so much better then everyone else, then prove it?

      Surely if you follow all your information and it as so 'optimal' you would have great 'optimal' gains.

      -6 Months
      -10 Months
      -1 Year
      -18 Months

      Cmon Bro lets see what your optimal way of training and diet is like and show us dem gains!

      Just to comment on this, in a video Eric made he said that BB overhead press was doo doo. I said I thought he was a dumbass for saying that, and he made a 12 minute video on the pro's and con's of each, so I don't think this is necessarily true.
