Has anyone experianced constipation? or solid clumpy stools after AAS? i've been eating bran, drinking plenty of water, and avoiding white foods and eating plenty of fruit, yet i'm only able to go EOD and when i do its difficult to pass and its small knotted stools, im told this is dehydration? but its a little difficult to be dehydration due to the fact im drinking plenty water and eating a high fibre diet? I had a blood test done, waiting back from results, kidney, liver, and thyroid checks... and blood count and blood sugar.... Still waiting on results. But ever since i've came off steroids its just seemed to be problem after problem, I've always had a sluggish bowel movement to start with but never when fibres been this high... Ever since i stopped the AAS it would seem my bodys just starting to crash. However i haven't been feeling lethargic or had any bloating problems, i seem and feel healthy, i just don't understand why mentally im being effected by the come down of AAS and why my body seems to be going so slow
