      Will be following a moderate carb diet around 250g per day so I suppose fat isnt hugely important I guess, I am just wondering what the best fish is to eat, after watching phil heath meal lay outs he mentions it's skin thinning etc and I just want to mix up my protein sources.

      As always guys your all very helpful and I value your input!

      Best fish?

      I eat Talapia mate, frozen from Asda and not to expensive, quite chewy and tasty as well.

      seabass is always a winner,stuff it with spinach and almonds and then grill

      Any fish is good. Whatever hits your macro targets, you like the taste of, and you can afford. There is no "best"

      talapia, sea bass, cod, salmon, tuna, trout, red mullet, snapper they are all good and the more you vary the fish the more you will enjoy eating it as they all have different flavors and go well with different things.
