I recently have been having back pain whenever I bend down or just sit in a different position. It has really been something that has disturbed my workout schedule because I usually like to get on my ab rocket and do crunches. Now I am not really doing anything due to this pain.. Is there any exercise that you would recommend to do or is there something I can do to relief my back on my own?
Your back pain might even be caused by the crunches. Crunches are really a useless exercise and the repetitive strain can lead to back pain. I would recommend you stop wasting your time doing crunches.
