      i really felt it in my back the next day, cant believe ive neglected the deadlift for so long! how many of you lot dont do deadlift as often as you should ?

      I give it breaks so I dont cause myself an injury but I love em so cant stay away for long..

      Up until the beginning of last year i never used to do them

      I havent done them due to a knee injury. I have been doing half dead lifts. May give them a try next week

      I actually enjoy deadlifting...... squats however i hate squatting, but still persevere in the hope that one day ill learn to love them lol

      i love squatting now only on the machines though much safer than having a barbell over your shoulder, and the leg extension leg curl machines are really good at targeting the muscle directly,

      today im feeling better and back was much better, looking forward to the next deadlift session
