      Been doing arms for 3 months, progress

      Lift harder, heavier, more, make it hurt. Them some sad arms, son. Get your diet right, too much puff.

      Peak is more visible when they are warm, planning a cut soon so will update with more photos in a few months

      Don't cut yet, you barely have any muscle around your arms. Start off with finding yourself a good workout plan and using proper form to really hit those biceps.

      A:

      Chest:
      Bench Press
      Incline Bench Press
      Pullover

      Back:
      Cable Row
      Lat Pulldown
      Dumbbell/Barbell Rows

      B:
      Legs:
      Squat
      Leg Curls/Deadlift

      Shoulders:
      Seated Military Press
      Rear Delt Flys
      Dumbbell Shoulder Press

      C:
      Bicep:
      Barbell Curls
      Concentration Curls
      Hammer Curls

      Tricep:
      Skullcrushers
      One arm dumbbell extensions
      Standing barbell extensions

      Honestly, those arms are tiny. And as said before, where the heck are your bis? You should keep lifting and bulking, not aiming for a cut.

      14 inches isnt bad, but you have no definition in your arms at all. whats your diet like? thats more important than whatever your doing in the gym.
