      I need to get off my backside and back into a routine of exercising on a regular basis. I am feared just thinking about how much weight I might put on over the Xmas period!

      Can anyone help :)

      Set yourself a target and stage by stage goals - that way when you hit your short term goals you will feel good about yourself :)
