      What's up guys. I posted a progress thread a few days a ago but i'm back with different angles/pics for your critique. I'm always getting told that i'm disproportionate (bigger chest, smaller arms) and that it looks weird and throws off my physique. What do you guys think?

      Arm my arms/shoulders lagging?

      The reason i'm asking you guys is to avoid certain unneccesary powerlifting responses like: "Increase your squat and Dead lift for big guns11!!!!111!"

      your left and right lats look a little different from each other and your arms could use a little work but I'm mirin the delts brah, repped for the nice shoulders no homo

      Thanks for the response, my arms measure 13.5-14 cold flexed and after a refeed (i'm on a cut). My chest measures about 42-43 inches.

      thats about the size of mine but im a little shorter and i think that makes a huge difference...looks like your triceps are really lagging..how long have you been lifting and what is your current arms routine?

      Not bashing you, but yeah. You look like you have the frame and potential for it, but you may want to add the mass to the arms. Go heavy on the arms (and shoulders) for a while. They'll pick up.

      If you cut to about 160lbs at this point, you look like would have a muscular back, some abs, but your arms would not be there.

      EDIT: The reason I included shoulders is because like I said, you look like you have the frame to bulk those up a lot more than they already are.

      Shoulders and chest do seem to overpower the arms, making them seem small.

      1 year of serious lifting, and yah height makes a huge difference.

      My arm routine on my bulk was usually:

      4 sets CGBP
      4 Preacher curls
      4 sets dips
      4 sets hammer curls
      4 sets extensions
      4 sets cable curls

      for a total of 24 sets. In the last 1-2 months of my bulk I did this twice a week and and added a little over .5 inches. Sadly I got kinda fat and had to cut lol.
      But for most of my bulk, I did the "lots of compounds bro, few isolation lifts at the end Bro" approach.
