I will need to work out my BMI but is anyone else brave enough to post their BMI?
How do you calculate your BMI?
BMI= Weight in kgs/ (height in CMS)2
If you wanted why people BMI plays an vital role.
I suggest you to read this so that you get needed information on diets.
Do you workout? We are always looking for feedback from those with a regular weight lifting / fitness routine.
You must go ahead with High intensity workouts to increase metobolism amd burn more fat.
Can you give me an example of some high intensity workouts I can maybe do at home? I read somewhere that high intensity workouts keep on burning fat ever after you have finished exercising?
1. Kettlebell Swings,
2. Decline Pushups,
3. Fire Hydrants,
4. Bent Over Lateral Raise with Dumbbells,
5. High-Knees + Squat Jumps
The above are some workouts which you can do at home.
I am hopeful this works fine.
