      He is an international rugby player, fantastic insight on nutrition, lifting, all aspects of fitness and motivation.

      Very interesting lad, and, he's only 25

      Twitter on the whole is an amazing resource of infomation, and this lad is right up there with his knowledge, and he also is a consultant for MyProtein with guest articles on their website.

      Hi Alan,

      Thanks for posting this, using a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being poor and 5 being excellent what would you say to the following:

      1. Does Alex provide value for money with his tweets?
      2. If given a position at another club would Alex settle in ok?
      3. How much motivation does Alex give you?

      Id give Alex a five on everything, I find him extremely motivational, but also methodical, doesn't talk cr4p for the sake of it, and its all facts that he speaks of...and lives what he preaches.

      Yes I follow him and find him very good, tho I find the best 1 to follow is ILIKEGIRLSDAILY highly recommended lol
