      Hello all

      Just wanting some advice and thoughts on my diet that I'll be starting in a few days.
      Ignore the night time recovery supps that seem excessive, I got them for free so may as well use them.
      This will be a bulking diet with roughly 3877 cals, 40/41/19 Protein/Carbs/Fat

      6:00
      6 egg whites, 2 pieces of toast
      Breakfast shake 1 serving whey, 1 banana, 1 serving BCAAs

      8:35
      100 grams chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice
      1 serving BCAAs in water

      10:30
      100 grams chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, .5 cup of broccoli, .5 cup of peas

      12:00
      Test booster, 1 serving BCAA's

      12:30
      Go Train

      14:00
      100 grams chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, .5 cup of broccoli, .5 cup of peas
      2 servings whey, 1 serving BCAA's, 1 serving creatine

      16:00
      100 grams chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, .5 cup of broccoli, .5 cup of peas

      18:00
      100 grams chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, .5 cup of broccoli, .5 cup of peas

      20:00
      1 serving Casein, 1 serving MusclePharm BulletProof, 1 serving Dorian Yates GH Blast.

      Protein - 381g
      Carbs - 392g
      Fat - 81g
      Calories - 3877

      TDEE=3280

      You only need about 170g protein so you're consuming an unnecessary amount and could easily shift calories into more carbs. Therefore, ditch the shakes.

      Even on a bulking diet? I thought I was meant to be eating more then 1 gram per pound of bodyweight when bulking?

      Do you have a chicken and broccoli fetish or something? Mix it up a little broseph. Also, I'd combine a couple of those meals together unless you have nothing better to do other than preparing food.

      Some days I might swap the chicken for a scotch fillet steak but I love ma chicken. I could defineatly mix up broccoli as I am not a big fan of the taste. I also prepare my meals the night before so doesn't bother me

      It's in the "chicken/rice/broccoli" 100x a day. Within a week of trying to stick to that foolishness, you'll hate your meals.

      Step away from the muscle magazine "diet plans," and do some reading. Here's a good place to start:
