      so i have been on a crazy 1000 cal high nutrition diet for 4 weeks so far and i have lost 40lbs, feels great when u are able to put on old clothes that where one to small on you. one problem is u need to buy new pants, belts can only help u so much lol.

      i still have about 20lb more to go, any of u lose a large amount of weight?

      80 lbs down over about 16 months. Got another 25 to go.

      Are you seeing any loose skin? You lifting?

      i dont see any lose skin other then a bit on the lower part of my belly which i believe should go away when i lose more, and yes i do lift and have lifted for many years.

      Yeah, you are young. It will probably tighten up over time.

      Why so low on the cals? How long you plan on continuing that?

      well i set up a diet and exercise plan that is basically focused on really low cal but is backed with a surplus of nutrition, keeping in mind that i have to really think about all the stuff i am eating and what i am getting from it (each week end i set up my plan meal for the week, to insure i dont slip). i am doing such low cal to lose weight as fast as possible, once i get to my goal i will change up my diet to provide cals to maintain weight.

      You realize not only are you losing fat but muscle as well? 1000 cals? it's not just way too low, it's unhealthy.... I realize you want "fast" results but I would suggest taking some time, reading the stickies, and learning about solid nutrition...... Just my 2 cents
