      I am doing 30 cardio every day and eating clean but still not loading any weight any ideas

      change up your routine/eating

      every time my loss slowed i changed - usually involved new exercise, new foods, working out longer faster harder

      if you've no loss in 3 weeks then somethings not rite

      The formula is simple, eat less, move more, lose weight.

      So you're either eating too much, not moving enough or you're building muscle and staying the same weight.

      Post your stats, diet and routine up and people will be able to give you a better answer.

      Yes I have tryed all this, I'm eating 30 g oats in morning a shake at 10. Two tuna or chicken wraps at 12 then a shake at 3. Then lean meat at 6

      I'm 6.1 age 22 and weight is 236 pound. Ican't get this layer of fat off tried everything. Can put a pic up if needed

      Eating too much or not enough.
      Also actual weight is no way to gauge fat loss since muscle weighs 4x more than fat.

      You may not be eating enough and your body is storing it up

      I would try eating a little more spread over the day
