I have been working out for a long time, but in the past month have really started to study up and do it properly. I am 37 and right now weight...

is my meal plan giving me every thing i need plz do comment
I have this cereal that says each serving is '3/4 cup (27g)'. My question is this: 3/4 cup= 6oz = 170.09 g.
So why is it saying only 27g? Thanks
