I've heard some rumors that eating fat post workout will slow down the absorption of protein and carbs, is that true?

When viewing a package or whatever, in relation to macronutrients, do you go by the total fats? Or add on the saturated/whatever other types as well?
I'm aware of milk, PB, olive oil. Can someone give me a lost of others? Thanks.
My brain thinks I eat good food. However, I eat few varieties only. Can someone please recommend me foods with good fats?
